Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To use 99abd's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the service.
• Each person may create only one account. Managing multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of another person.

If false information is provided or eligibility requirements are violated, 99abd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

Account Management & Security

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You should not use your account on public devices or networks without logging out.
• If your personal details (name, address, payment information) change, update them promptly.
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on 99abd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Try to withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit into your account.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from 99abd are governed by the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn, calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each bonus has a set expiry — if the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account or from the same device within a household.
• Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes only; there is no guarantee of withdrawing bonus funds.
• 99abd reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus program or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• If fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed.

• For losses arising from unauthorised use of your account (if caused by your own negligence).
• For technical issues caused by third-party game providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 99abd's maximum liability will never exceed the relevant amount in question.

• If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, legal proceedings may be pursued.

Service Termination & Account Deletion

You may request to close your account at any time. Please keep the following in mind before submitting an account closure request:

• All applicable wagering requirements must be met and any remaining funds must be withdrawn before closing your account.
• Incomplete bonuses or funds subject to conditions may be forfeited upon account closure.
• Once an account is closed, it may be difficult to recover previous betting history or transaction records.
• 99abd may voluntarily close any account on suspicion of fraud or violation of the rules.
